Authentic Lebanese restaurant: Ksara in Munich
We all miss traveling and discovering new places and new tastes. But in Munich sometimes you don’t have to go too far to experience a new culture. Discover Ksara, an amazing Lebanese restaurant in Munich.
Since I live here, I met a lot of Lebanese people that made me very curious about their food culture. They made me discover this delicious restaurant close to Muenchner Freiheit: Ksara.
The best way to enjoy this type of cuisine is by ordering a mix of starters accompanies by Lebanese wine. In the picture you can see a selection of what we ordered. We started with hummus, kibbeh (a kind of fried meatballs), tabbouleh (a kind of salad with tomatoes), fatayer and sanbousek (lebanese dumplings filled with meat and cheese). Then we ordered wara’ enab (vine leaves fille with rice and spices), batata harra (spicy potatoes) and all this accompanied by the red wine Ixir.
You see all these delicacies in the picture:

On the menu you can also try main courses with meat and fish. Of course to end the dinner try the baklawa, a sweet from Lebanon filles with nuts, honey and sugar.
The ambience of the restaurant is very nice, simple and characteristic. It makes Ksara a perfect restaurant for any occasions: a dinner with friends, colleagues or with your partner.
