1. Madame Anna Ekke
In the heart of the Glockenbackviertel you can’t miss this location. Colourful, hip and funky, often booked out (so reserve your table). Here you can find a varied menu but we recommend you to try their salty pancakes with ham, eggs and maple syrup. Another of their specialties is the shakshuka, a popular breakfast food with eggs, peppers and tomatoes. You can visit Madame Anna Ekke also at night and enjoy their delicious tapas on their sunny terrace.

Staying close to Sendlinger Tor, another delicious brunch location: Vollhats. Whether you prefer a salty breakfast or a sweeter start of the day, at Vollhats everyone can find something. Their specialties are their homemade cakes, so always make sure to leave some room at the end of your meal to try a piece of cheese cake or apple tarte. Vollhats is also perfect for a spritz under the sun on their terrace at the end of a work day.

We all enjoy a pretty brunch location, even more when the food tastes as good as it does at Sir Helga. The pretty wallpaper with palm leaves creates a unique atmosphere in the restaurant. If you can’t say no to pancackes, at Sir Helga you won’t be disappointed: try their classic pancakes with maple syrup and bacon and thank us later! If you are a salty breakfast kind of person, their toast with eggs and bacon is definitely a good alternative.
